Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Al Mutamayez Contracting Establishment (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website, in particular when you request a manpower or contracting quotation, book a site inspection, or upload your project drawings.

Data we collect

• Contact details: company name, contact person, job title, mobile number, email and preferred contact method.
• Request details: manpower categories and quantities, project location, duration, start date and any notes you provide.
• Contracting project details: city and neighbourhood, type of home, land and built-up area, number of floors, project stage and preferred inspection date.
• Drawings and bills of quantities you upload (optional). Drawings can contain the owner’s name, plot and scheme numbers, the building permit number and the layout of the home.
• Limited technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam, and the visit source (such as the referring website).

We do not ask for national ID, iqama or passport numbers, or any financial information through this website. Please remove such details from drawings before uploading them if they are not needed to assess the project.

How we use it

• To respond to and communicate with you about your request.
• To prepare and follow up on the quotation, carry out a preliminary review of your drawings and ask for any missing information.
• To let you check the status of your request with its reference and mobile number.
• To protect the website from abuse and automated submissions.

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, and to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as necessary with technical service providers who host or operate the website under confidentiality obligations, or with competent authorities where required by law.

Storage and retention

Website data, including what you submit through our forms and the files you upload, is hosted on a dedicated server with the hosting provider Hostinger in Germany (Frankfurt), outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. Connections to the website are encrypted, and daily backups are encrypted and deleted automatically after 30 days. We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and the business relationship, and then delete or anonymise it according to our retention schedule.

Drawings and uploaded files

• Files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and only staff authorised to handle requests can open them.
• Files are not attached to internal notification e-mails; the e-mail carries the request reference only, and files are opened from the request management system.
• We use the files only to assess your request and prepare the quotation, and do not share them with any outside party without your consent, unless required by law.
• Files uploaded without the request being sent are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Files of submitted requests are kept for 24 months from the date the request was sent and then deleted automatically, unless the law, an ongoing dispute or a signed contract requires keeping them longer. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time, as permitted by law, and deleting a request also deletes its files.
• The request tracking page shows the status only; it never shows files or personal data.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections, role-based access limited to authorised staff, and logging of access and changes.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to request its correction or destruction, and to withdraw your consent, as permitted by the law.
