We review the drawings and BOQ and clarify any comments before pricing and building.

Materials and specifications are written into the contract and change only with your approval.

Reinforcement and formwork are checked against the drawings before concrete is poured.

Inspection and handover
We hand over after a joint walk-through and once any snags are fixed.
