Where is Al Mutamayez based, and which regions do you serve?
We are headquartered in Dammam and accept requests from all 13 regions of Saudi Arabia. Availability and mobilisation are confirmed for each request.
How can I contact your team?
Use the request form for your division, call us, or message us on WhatsApp using the number on the Contact page. Every website request receives a reference number.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. You can contact us and receive quotations in Arabic or English.
How is my information used?
We use the details you submit only to respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Manpower supply
How do I request manpower?
Complete the manpower quotation form with the categories, quantities, location, duration and start date. You receive a reference number, and our team contacts you to prepare the quotation.
Can I request several trades in one request?
Yes. Add every category and quantity to the same request.
Who provides accommodation, transport and food?
These responsibilities are agreed for each request before mobilisation. You can state your preference in the form.
Our establishment has available workers. Can we work with you?
Yes. Register your available workforce through the Workforce Partners Portal. Every submission is reviewed and verified for eligibility before any assignment.
Contracting
Which contracting services do you offer?
We build villas and private homes: structural shell, finishing, and complete construction (shell and finishing) under one contract.
Where do you build?
Currently in the Eastern Province, including Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Jubail, Al Ahsa and other locations in the province.
How do I request a quote for my home?
Use the quotation form: choose the service, enter your project details and upload drawings or a BOQ if you have them. Quotations are prepared manually after review; we never give automatic prices.
I don’t have drawings yet. Can I still apply?
Yes, drawings are optional. Send the request without them or book a site inspection, and our team will contact you.
How do I track my request?
On the “Track your request” page, using your reference number and the mobile number used on the request.
Real estate
How do I book a property inspection?
Open the property listing and use the inspection form. Our team calls you to confirm the appointment.
Are the listings licensed for advertising?
Each published listing shows its real estate advertising licence number.
Can I buy with bank financing?
Tell us in the booking form whether you plan to pay in cash or with bank financing, and our team will discuss the next steps with you.
